My passion is working closely with individuals, families and community partners to cultivate healthy and lasting connections within which an individual may find healing and continued growth in their lives. My approach is to offer the honesty, privacy, support, trust, confidence, accountability and expertise needed to assist individuals in overcoming difficult mental health, substance abuse and life problem symptoms & issues. My hope is to offer individuals an opportunity to attain the highest level of use of their potential as possible, despite these barriers in life.

I have worked in the field of social work for 15 years with specialties within child & family studies, substance abuse, trauma, parenting difficulties, adolescent issues, serious mental illness, crisis stabilization and general counseling. I believe in encouraging an individual to better themselves on the levels of mind, body and soul; in order to attain & use their fullest potential. Only then, does one have the ability to create the improvement or change they seek. I encourage and support change in a manner that offers the trust, honesty, accountability, confidentiality and expertise needed in the most vulnerable moments of the lives of those served. I also have a strong passion for serving the community in which I grew up and am raising my family in. I know that high levels of connectedness to oneself, family, friends and community makes a healthy impact on individuals, families and our community! I look forward to serving you & yours!
